About Momema
What is Momema?
Momema is a speed-based memory matching game. Try to match the symbols at the top of the screen to monsters in the center as fast as possible!
Who is Momema?
Momema is being developed by William Wilson, a guitarist, teacher, developer, and entrepreneur based in San Diego, CA. He is being assisted by wife and children as they test the game and give him feedback, making it more of a family venture.
Where is Momema?
Currently, on this website and in the testing phase! However, in the long term, we plan to put the game on iOS, and possibly Android.
When is Momema?
We're starting with a demo, but the game's full release is still a ways off. We want to focus on polishing the game first through this website's feedback.
How is Momema?
Fine, thanks for asking!
Why is Momema?
Momema began life as an educational game (and we're hoping to eventually make an educational version) with a unique vision: Fun first, education next. Too many educational games try to make something educational and forget to make the game engaging, defeating the purpose. However, Momema was meant to be different, a game that is designed to be fun, so that it can be a better educational tool. As the game developed, the educational element took a backseat, but we are still committed to fun. That is why we are planning to make Momema annoyance-free: no ads, and engaging without in-app purchases. We still plan on using in-app purchases to a certain extent (developer's gotta eat too), but our primary focus is on fun, and we plan on never compromising that vision.
