Magnet Power!
When you're playing the new Momema demo, you may notice that there's no pause button. That's because, in a speed-based reaction game, it wouldn't be fair to be able to pause and slowly consider where the matching monster might be. Even if the pause menu were to hide the screen, then it would be difficult to enter back into the level without remembering where everything was. That's why the main power-up in Momema is the magnet.
If you get enough matches right in a row, a bonus will appear. This will either be an extra life or a magnet. Extra lives help you survive in case you get a few matches wrong, and are immediately given to you when you pick them up. Magnets, on the other hand, are put into a storage, where you can use them at any time by clicking a magnet button. They pause the game, allowing you to look at the screen and find matches slowly without taking damage. Stay quick though, because the game will go back to full speed once you click on the match, and be careful, because you can only use two magnets in one run (three if you've found one that game). Also, you start with only 10 magnets, so be careful not to use them all up. With all this advice, we wish you good luck in the Momema demo!
